We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

I had the honour of shaping boards for Martin “Pots” Potter long before he became world champion in ’89. Martin was a fearless 15-year-old when he showed up at Burleigh Heads back in ’83, already pushing the boundaries of competitive surfing. He had this wild style, taking to the air and redefining what was possible on a wave. I knew I had to create something that could keep up with his raw speed and precision.

When I crafted his high-performance twin fin, it was designed with one goal in mind, to match Martin’s vision. Traditional twin fins of the ‘70s were all about speed but had wide tails and full noses, which made them tough to manoeuvre.
For Martin, I shaped something different: a refined twin fin with a pulled-in tail and nose, more curve in the outline, and a design that could compete with thrusters while keeping that twin fin pace.
Seeing Martin tear up Burleigh with a NEV logo on his board was something special. His performance on my boards created a global demand, taking my work from Hawaii to California, Europe, and beyond. The NEV brand quickly became known for speed, innovation, and craftsmanship, all brought to life by Martin’s fearless energy.
The board’s look is unmistakable. A bold “fluoro” green-and-yellow zigzag, originally developed by Town and Country’s legendary sprayer Mark Townsend, with a bit of my own spin. It was as iconic visually as it was in performance, capturing the eye and the spirit of surfing’s golden era.

It had a generous helping of volume in the nose and low, soft rails that concluded in a flyer swallow tail. There was also a vee concave through the tail to help with lift and squirt off the bottom. From my first wave it was evident that this board had no issues generating speed.
